At AIHMS (Advance Institute of Hotel Management & Studies), we believe that discipline, respect, and professionalism form the foundation of a successful hospitality career. Every student is expected to maintain the decorum of the institute and show due respect to the faculty, staff, and fellow students at all times.
All staff members have the authority to prevent and report any kind of misconduct within or outside the campus. Their instructions must be followed respectfully.
The following actions will be treated as serious violations of the institute’s code of conduct

Students must uphold respect, discipline, and professional conduct. Any disrespectful, disruptive, or unethical behavior towards faculty, staff, or peers will result in strict disciplinary action by the institute.

Smoking, alcohol, drugs, weapons, stealing, forgery, and damage to property are banned. Students must avoid all actions that harm institute reputation or disrupt a safe and disciplined environment.

AIHMS strictly prohibits ragging in any form. Offenders face expulsion and legal action. Anti-ragging committees monitor and protect student welfare, ensuring a respectful, harassment-free academic environment for everyone.

Regular attendance and punctuality are mandatory. Absence requires prior written permission from the Principal. Unexcused absence, lateness, or class skipping may affect grades and invite disciplinary measures.

Students must wear prescribed uniforms during classes and practical sessions. Proper grooming, hygiene, and neat appearance are compulsory to maintain professionalism and reflect the hospitality industry’s standards.

Maintain harmony, cleanliness, and order within campus. Avoid fights, noise, and misconduct. Respect institute property, follow staff instructions, and contribute to a disciplined and positive learning environment.

Violation of institute rules results in warnings, suspension, or expulsion. The Principal reserves authority to take necessary action ensuring a safe, respectful, and disciplined atmosphere for all students.

Students must use mobile phones, laptops, and electronic gadgets responsibly. Recording lectures or sharing institute content without permission is prohibited. Misuse of technology will invite strict disciplinary action.
