The institute offers the following infrastructure to support the activities conducted on its premises.

The Basic Training Kitchen (BTK) is offered to the first year students of the Bachelor’s Degree programme and CCFP to get all the relevant information about food production. They are instructed in the fundamentals of kitchen work with a reward of tasting their own creations. Hence, training kitchen facilities are beautifully used for imparting skills in food production to the students. It equips the students with the art of culinary science which involves food production and knowledge about various cuisines as well as bakery and confectionery. The second year students of the same programme also acquire the knowledge and skills needed to cater to the demand of regional cuisines of India. The advanced training Kitchen (ATK) is available for trained students of the third year of the Bachelor’s Degree programme to know and whip up national and international delicacies.

Restaurants are dedicated towards the food & beverage service training for the Graduate and Diploma course. Food service for the faculty and staff is also available here. Here, students are trained to perform the fundamental principles of food and beverage services. Students are also instructed to know the guests’ requirements and how to tackle them. Actually, experts train students with face to face discussion. Students here also learn the art of making delicious and sparkling mock tails.This is the place where the future hospitality managers learn nuances of Food and Beverage Service. They are taught how to handle & supervise diversified events in hospitality industry & corporate sectors. The ambience and theme are those of a real-life restaurant where students learn table-setting, order taking and all other types of food service. Every student under the guidance of an expert faculty is with precision taken through the intricate steps of bar making. International & National cocktails/mock tails and servicing of beverages is demonstrated perfectly.

Certainly, effective housekeeping and smooth accommodation operations are the backbone of hospitality industry. For the same reason, every student is required to acquire needed skills to make a successful career. In pursuit of this goal, trained faculty members of AIHM train students of the B.Sc. Course to provide a clean and hygienic atmosphere so that guests can enjoy a comfortable stay while enjoying warm reception. Here, students learn the art of preparing rooms, providing pleasant atmosphere with the use of flower bouquets and aroma. There are lots of activities to mention. Most back-office operations are now managed using computers, making complex hotel processes easier to handle and more organized.
